Effective date: 10 July 2026 Contact: support@vakeelos.com
This policy protects users, client confidentiality, court services, and the providers on which VakeelOS depends. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
You must not use VakeelOS to
- break the law, professional-conduct rules, court rules, or another person's rights;
- access, upload, disclose, or process client or matter information without authority;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent professional status, or submit false information to a court or public authority;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, defraud, or facilitate harm to a person;
- upload malware, exploit code, unlawful material, or content designed to bypass security controls;
- probe, scan, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to VakeelOS, another workspace, a provider, or a court portal;
- automate requests, account creation, CAPTCHA solving, AI generation, messaging, or data extraction beyond the product's documented controls;
- use notification features for unsolicited marketing or spam;
- remove provenance, fabricate citations, or present unreviewed AI output as a verified court record; or
- resell or provide shared access to the service outside the seats purchased for your firm.
Responsible AI use
Treat generated text and research as unverified assistance. Review source documents and cited authorities, check current law, remove unnecessary personal data from prompts, and use human professional judgment before acting on an output. Do not use AI features to make fully automated decisions that materially affect a person's rights.
Enforcement
We may limit requests, quarantine harmful files, suspend affected features, or disable an account when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems. We will consider severity, repetition, intent, and the opportunity to remedy an issue. Serious unlawful activity or an immediate security threat may be acted on without advance notice.
Report suspected abuse or a security issue to support@vakeelos.com. Do not publish client data or exploit details in a public report.
