VakeelOS Digital Service Delivery Policy

VakeelOS is a cloud-hosted software service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and no shipping charge applies.

Delivery

Trial access is delivered electronically after successful account creation and required verification. Paid features, when launched, are enabled electronically after the payment provider confirms the subscription. Provider confirmation can be asynchronous, so activation may take a short time after checkout.

Access requires a supported browser or mobile application, an internet connection, and a valid account. Some court-sync, AI, notification, and research features also depend on supported third-party providers and may be temporarily unavailable even while the core workspace remains accessible.

Delivery problems

If confirmed access is not available, use the in-product support flow or email support@vakeelos.com. Include the workspace name and approximate time of the problem, but never include passwords, OTPs, payment secrets, or complete client documents in ordinary email.

Court and AI results

Electronic delivery of VakeelOS does not guarantee that a public court portal will publish data on time or that AI-generated material is complete or correct. Users must verify court dates, filings, orders, citations, and professional work against authoritative sources.
